12:30-1:30 Race Tactics
1:30-3:30 Pool Workout and Free time
4:00- Group Rotation- Circuit Training, Nutrition, and Visualization.
5:00- Shower and Chill
6:00- Dinner-
6:45-Pictures and Scavenger Hunt
7:30-8:30- Motivational Speaker
8:30-9:30 Group Game or Movie
10:00-10:30Back to Dorm/Lights out!
