Dear Carrie,

Your camp was an inspirational experience that gave me the push to really get after my goals. I loved knowing that I had the honor to meet you, your coach and some of your teammates at your camp. I am excited to follow your season and all your future achievements. I know that I am ready for my season to start (August 13) and I plan to carry my "Get After It" attitude at every practice and in all my races. Thank you Carrie for being an amazing influence in my life and good luck this year! I can't wait to see you in Beijing, I know you're going to make it!

My daughter attended your camp this past weekend. To say she had an incredible time would be an understatement. She couldn’t get over the level of talent and professionalism all the staff had. She was wowed by the amount of energy and enthusiasm everyone had. She was so impressed by Carrie’s family as well. She also cannot say enough great things about Carrie. This camp has helped give her drive, focus and passion for the sport she chose. Carrie, thank you so much for being such an amazing role model to her and all of the young runners. Good luck in your training and keep your sights on Beijing! We can’t wait to see you there!

I just wanted to let you know how much fun I had at your camp. It was so well-organized, and I loved it that your entire extended family was there! What a wonderful and inspirational experience for campers and counselors. I now have my parents saying “Get After It!” Let’s definitely do some running together this summer-your positive influence will help me to get after my goals. Count me in as a counselor next summer!

P. S. I learned alot and liked when we would have speakers and stuff that was awesome! My favorite part was the outside movie Prefontaine - that was so sweet and of course the dance party/karaoke that was cool. I had so much fun at camp and met alot of cool girls and boys!
